Sep 9 2008	Year 6 Art Workshop Year 6 spent 2 days working with artistis involved with the Inside Out Veles e Vents (wind & sails) performance at Bowleaze Cove(over looking the Olympic Sailing Course in Weymouth Bay. This will be a free maritime firework and theatre performance freaturing a spanish group Xarxa Theatre. Xarxa are acclaimed for presenting large scale outdoor spectacles, use of pyrotecnis, live performances and large scale visual imagery. Performance 26th / 27th September, 2008

Oct 3 2008	Mrs Sylvia Lockyer Retires Mrs Sylvia Lockyer, School Finance Officer, retires after 24 years service at Kinson Primary School. The three head teachers she has worked for came to celebrate the occassion with a cream tea for staff and governors. Enjoy your retirement and remember us fondly.
